Serviequipaje.com offers you a great idea: send your luggage in advance so that when your trip begins your luggage is already waiting for you at your destination. No more queues at airport check-in desks, no more last-minute excess baggage charges, no more dragging heavy suitcases through airports and no more nasty surprises should your luggage be lost. Enjoy the pleasure of travelling from the very first moment.

Our service is defined by direct telephone support (with no hold music) or online chat with our operators. Our aim is to offer customers the best possible service, drawing on more than 20 years of experience in the sector. We are transport operators and part of the Servipau S.L. group. We are not a price-comparison website, as we only offer transport of proven quality and we will be your point of contact at all times, responding personally and immediately to any issue that may arise during your shipment.

The Serviequipaje.com team provides you with an automatic calculator that lets you work out the exact price of your shipment. You simply need to add the weight in Kg of each piece of your luggage and its measurements (width, length and height) in centimetres. You can send suitcases, boxes, bicycles, golf clubs, surfboards, etc. Finally, the country and postal code of origin are required, together with the country and postal code of the destination. Should our calculator be unable to provide you with a personalised quote, please get in touch with us at info@serviequipaje.com, telling us the origin, destination and measurements (weight and dimensions) of your shipment, and we will send you a quote tailored to your needs. In this new version of Serviequipaje.com we offer you the possibility of calculating both the outbound and the return journey of your luggage if you already know the dates of both collections. You can also book the outbound journey and, from your shipment tracking area, book the return once you know the details of your return shipment and the collection date.

Be as precise as possible with the weight in Kg. and the dimensions in cm. of the width, length and height of each piece of your luggage. When taking measurements you must take into account any element that may stick out of the suitcase, such as non-foldable handles, grips or wheels.
If the difference between the measurements you provide and the actual ones is excessive, we will contact you to arrange payment of the difference.

We require the name, address, telephone number, postal code, town and country of both the origin and the destination, as well as a collection date for the shipment and the contact details of the person booking Serviequipaje.com's services, together with an email address to which all the information relating to your shipment will be sent.

If you would like an invoice, during the process of finalising your shipment you can provide us with all the details and you will receive it by email shortly afterwards.

All our shipments are insured for a set amount of euros per kilo sent, depending on the origin and destination of your shipment, which will be indicated to you during the order request process. We also offer you insurance for the full value of your luggage, which you can easily arrange from our website. Please remember that we require the invoice for the damaged item and, where possible, that the damage is noted on the delivery note. Do not hesitate to ask us if you have any questions when insuring your shipment.

Serviequipaje.com offers you three payment methods: payment by PayPal, payment by card and payment by bank transfer. Please remember that if you pay by bank transfer it is advisable to send us the payment receipt to speed things up, as it takes approximately two days to clear.

When you finalise the shipment, we send some labels to the contact person's email so that each piece of your luggage can be identified. This label is optional and can be copied out by hand if you do not have a printer. We recommend labelling your items from the outset, before the courier arrives, even though the courier will re-label your suitcases at the moment of collection.

Once you have paid for your shipment, you will receive a call from our operator (during working hours) to check that all the details are correct and to resolve any questions you may still have.

A courier will come to collect your shipment, but please remember that we cannot agree a specific time, only a time window that may vary should the courier have an excessive workload.

One of our operators will call you to remind you that we will come to collect the luggage from the address you provided, so that you can notify us of any last-minute changes.
