Serviequipaje is therefore responsible for managing the websites www.serviequipaje.com, the social media accounts, as well as for promoting all the products and services of Serviequipaje. In relation to the personal data managed through these channels and services, Serviequipaje is the data controller.

- Each time you contact us directly, for example through the website www.serviequipaje.com or through the customer telephone support lines, to request information about our products and services.
- When you participate in our marketing campaigns, for example by filling in a reply card or taking part in a promotion through our website or social media that requires you to complete an online form with your personal data.
The products and services of Serviequipaje, as well as its promotional campaigns, are designed and aimed in most cases at adults, which is the reason why we shall only collect and process your personal data if you are at least 16 years old. Serviequipaje reserves the possibility of carrying out verifications of the age of the persons who provide it with personal data, proceeding to delete all those data that correspond to persons under 16 years of age.

- Contracting of products and/or services: The data provided during the process of contracting the services of carriage of goods or postal shipments of burofax and/or telegrams are used to manage your contractual relationship with Serviequipaje. During the contracting process financial data (bank cards) may be collected.
- Customer service: On occasion your personal data shall be necessary in order to manage the incidents related to the contracted services, process claims or respond to the requests for information about products, services, rates, etc.
- Advertising of own Products and Services: Serviequipaje may use your data to send you general information and commercial communications relating to products and services proper to its activity as a postal operator.
4.- Retention
Your personal data shall be retained for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected. If your data are used for various purposes that oblige us to retain them for different periods, we shall apply the longest retention period.
- Purposes related to the performance of a contract: as regards the use of your information for the management of any contractual obligation that we have with you, we shall retain those data during the period of validity of the contract and during the following ten years, in order to be able to deal with possible enquiries or claims.
- Marketing purposes: as regards the use of your information for marketing purposes, we shall retain that information for such purpose during the two years following the date on which we last obtained your authorisation to send you marketing communications, unless you ask us to exclude you from them by revoking the consent given.

Serviequipaje may share your personal data with other entities, among which are included:
- Group companies and third parties such as service providers that operate on our behalf, and in a more general sense, with any of our commercial partners or suppliers.
- External service providers that provide us with their services or act on our behalf, specifically, to: carry out commercial analyses; process data or payments; provide customer service, marketing or public relations services; run surveys or prize draws.
- Payment service providers, who are the only ones that process the payment information. The payment service provider retains the data relating to your bank card only to complete the transaction and only during the time that is necessary to manage the possible claims of the card holders. This payment information is encrypted and is secure.
The external service providers shall have access to the information and may collect it to the extent that they have to do so in order to carry out their functions. They may not share it or use it for any other purpose.
