Prohibited goods

There are a number of goods whose circulation is not permitted under the applicable national or international laws for reasons of safety, public health, general utility and protection of the service. The description you provide of your shipment will be reviewed and, should we become aware that a shipment contains prohibited items, that shipment will be cancelled without prior notice, with any additional cost of return, surcharge or handling being charged to the responsible user. It is important that you also review those items that have no insurance cover, and if you wish to send the aforementioned goods we suggest that you take out insurance yourself.
 
Prohibited Items
  • Liquids in plastic or glass bottles that do not travel protected with special packaging.
  • Electronic items containing any type of battery or cell (to countries with customs clearance).
  • Medicines.
  • Live or dead animals.
  • Dangerous goods (ADR), even in limited quantities (LQ). Likewise, any goods packaged with ADR markings will be considered a Prohibited Item regardless of their actual content, as they are subject to the same administrative penalties as if they were such.
    • Explosives: fireworks, firecrackers, ammunition, gunpowder, flares;
    • Corrosive materials: wet batteries, mercury, hydrochloric acid;
    • Compressed gases: lighters, diving tanks, camping gas, aerosols, fire extinguishers;
    • Flammable liquids: petrol lighters, lighter fluid, oil paints, adhesive substances, flammable perfumes;
    • Radioactive materials;
    • Flammable substances: matches, coals;
    • Oxidising substances: oxygen-generating chemicals, peroxides/bleaching powders;
    • Toxic and infectious substances: pesticides, agricultural chemicals, mercury compounds, bacteria, viruses;
    • Others: magnetised products, engines, solid carbon dioxide (dry ice).
  • Items whose trafficking constitutes a crime, in both the country of origin and destination.
  • Opium and its derivatives, cocaine and other narcotics and psychotropic substances.
  • Weapons / Air rifles / Pistols / Rifles / Replica weapons / Ammunition.
  • Money (including bearer cheques) / Securities / Currency / Counterfeit currency / Collectors' coins / Foreign currency / Shares.
  • Biological samples / Human remains.
  • Perishable goods (ATP) requiring specific temperature, humidity, light or handling conditions.
  • Funeral transport.
  • Excise/stamped goods, such as stamps, alcohol or tobacco.
  • Country-specific prohibitions arising from national import regulations.
